Order Processing

All orders placed with Briston Educational Products are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, orders are shipped using trusted carriers, and tracking information is provided via email.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Briston Educational Products is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Delivered Orders

If tracking information confirms that an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.

Briston Educational Products is not responsible for chargebacks or claims related to:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Theft after delivery

  • Packages delivered to shared or unsecured locations

Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for delivery disputes once an order is marked as delivered.


Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender

If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Unclaimed packages

The shipment may be returned to Briston Educational Products.

Once the item is returned to the seller, the customer is eligible for a refund of the product cost only, excluding original shipping fees, once the return is confirmed. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment is delayed or lost in transit, customers must contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update. We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine the next steps.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Briston Educational Products directly to resolve any order-related issues before filing a chargeback.

Please note:

  • Once a chargeback is initiated, refunds cannot be processed manually due to payment processor and bank regulations.

  • Any refund issued during an active chargeback may result in a double charge, for which Briston Educational Products is not responsible.

  • Chargebacks filed for orders that show successful delivery or returned-to-seller tracking may be disputed using carrier and fulfillment evidence.

If a chargeback is resolved in the customer’s favor, the chargeback itself will serve as the refund, and no additional refund will be issued.


Incorrect or Fraudulent Chargebacks

Briston Educational Products reserves the right to dispute chargebacks that are filed:

  • For orders marked as delivered

  • For orders returned to the seller

  • For amounts exceeding the original order total

  • Without prior contact or attempt to resolve the issue with us

All disputes are handled in accordance with payment processor and banking regulations.
