Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene, customization, or clearance sale conditions. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.


Returned to Seller / Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refused or unclaimed packages

The customer will be eligible for a refund of the product cost only, excluding original shipping fees, once the item is received and inspected.


Refunds (Processing Time)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Banks and payment providers may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the refund on your statement

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are strongly encouraged to contact us first to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback.

Please note:

  • Once a chargeback is initiated, we are unable to issue a manual refund due to payment processor and bank restrictions.

  • Refunds issued during an active chargeback may result in duplicate refunds, for which we are not responsible.

  • If a chargeback is resolved in the customer’s favor, the chargeback itself will be treated as the refund, and no additional refund will be issued.

Chargebacks filed for orders marked as delivered or returned to seller may be disputed using shipping and fulfillment evidence.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Check with your bank or card provider

  2. Contact your payment processor
